With its cooling aroma, Peppermint essential oil is especially helpful in supporting the respiratory system, mental clarity and circulation. Diluted in an oil, lotion, or salve, Peppermint can be applied to unhappy joints and muscles, bug bites, and the abdomen for promoting healthy digestion.

Common Uses: For respiratory support and mental clarity, apply a single drop to the palm, rub the hands together, and inhale the scent 3-5 times.

Peppermint is also commonly used in diffusers, massage oils, household cleaners, and natural bug-sprays.
